(exc.) a partly dialectical derivative of "wount" which is also partly derivative in meaning; as with "wount," it has no precise or definable meaning but normally is used as an exclamatory remark to express a variety of emotions; different from "wount," however, which traditionally is used to symbolize the poking of one's gut, "pount pount" is most frequently used as a greeting among friends, often spoken as one hand makes a general, sometimes indistinguishable up-down movement nearly behind but just to the right or left (depending on which hand is used) of the speaker's head as the other hand is vaguely held forward in either a general and lazy pointing fashion or in a vague hand-shaking type of posture; suitable to be spoken in either an energetic and happy tone or a deadpan, expressionless fashion

Term used by Jimmy Broadbent. Punting in racing terms means the car behind goes into the back of the car in front. Please no punterino is a desperate cry, often heard ahead of the first corner on lap one.

Scottish insult: "your mother is a drug dealer"

Counterpart to "yer da sells avon". Often used in verbal attacks, can also be used in retaliation to previous insult.

Yer = your
Maw = mother
Punt = sell/offload
Coonsil = council; cheap, very low quality drugs (usually cocaine) typically prepared in someone's kitchen/basement

Rap Punt Return

A college or NFL punt return influenced by modern rap culture. A return that does not follow traditional blocking schemes but yet loses tremendous amounts of yardage in an effort to gain big yardage. Often these returns are influenced by the rap artist Future. In these returns the closest distance between two points is in fact not a straight line but yet resembles something similar to a Michael J Fox signature.
