a person who initiates or participates in a conversation and moves it to an intentional, deliberate, and planned conclusion without the express knowledge of the other conversationalist. i.e. the tail is wagging the dog, not the other way around- the dog is wagging the tail.

The dry dogwood happens when a man over the age of 70 tries to engage in intercourse.
