Making a gesture to someone to “suck your dick“. Usually by bending your arm at a 45 degree angle with your hand flat & moving it up & down. Either used by close friends as a sign of endearment, similar to a middle finger - or used by enemies as an insult, also similar to a middle finger. No in between.
