A whackado is a person who is 'out there', whacked in the head in a retarded, crazy and psycho way.

A guy says to his friend: "One time, I tried to break up with this girl. She just didn't get it! Went into a deluded frenzy, cutting up my clothes. Then, two seconds later, she's asking me what I want to eat for lunch! "

Friend responds: "Man... What a whackado!"

Guy : "No... whack-a-do!"

whackatorium

Usually specific to soldiers, or other people who are forced to live in close proximity for long periods of time without either sexual activity or privacy, a whackatorium is a small shack made out of blankets, ponchos or poncho liners that is erected so that the builder can masturbate in relative peace. It is often explained away as a means to block light, or provide privacy to change, despite being erected almost exclusively around one's sleeping quarters.

An eccentric, ditsy, arcane, funny, person. Is generally a goodnatured and sympathetic person. Not to be confused with a "wackjob," who can be nasty,or violent.

Aunt Rosemary's fondness for multiple cats, Minnie Pearl hats, and alien abductions was never a source of shame for Fred, but rather a source of pride. He thought it surely must qualify her for the mythical "Wackadoodle Hall of Fame."
