Who cooperatively not Collectively, (meaning each individual is vested with the right and freedom of free choice and will independent from that of the wish, will and interest of the "Centralized or axis" general will) unite together in an alliance or league so to achieve a common mutually beneficial end which will benefit all equally and fairly.
