pluggers 

Heard first on Gold Coast, Australia. Pluggers are thongs, slip ons, flip flops etc. They are specifically the type of thongs that are a thin sheet of rubber and a "wishbone" shape of rubber protruding from the thin sheet that goes between your toes. This wishbone piece of rubber is held to the thin sheet of rubber by "plugs" that protrude through the thin rubber sheet from top to bottom. You can have single pluggers or double pluggers or maybe more, this number comes from the number of plugs for each wishbone anchoring point on the bottom of the thin sheet.

You better put on your pluggers as the road is very hot.

Plumlee 

(adj) Generally one who's sexuality is severely misunderstood. All friends of a Plumlee think that they are a pretty flitty person, when they may not be, at all. They also have strange taste in undergarments; usually a male Plumlee will shop for thongs/Speedos, while a female Plumlee will gravitate towards the boxer briefs. They are also fairly promiscuous people, and are a huge piece of ass. Plumlees are of a classy and erudite nature, and prefer to spend their free time furthering themselves in academia, when they aren't enjoying a fine love-making session or having a cigar with a White Russian. All Plumlees are terribly sarcastic people. Overall, a Plumlee is a misunderstood, but nonetheless fantastic person.

Plugger Hugger 

One who insistently relies on GPS to navigate from point to point while in the backcountry. A person who refuses to learn basic land navigation skills due to the assumed fact that a GPS can solve all problems for those who are geographically embarrased.

Derived from "PLGR" pronounced "Plugger" - an acronym used in the Army for Precision, Lightweight, GPS, Receiver.
