wikipedestrian

A term to describe an individual who initially accesses Wikipedia for reference purposes, but after navigating through interesting wiki links finds themselves minus half a day and plus a growing collection of Wikipedia windows; each spanning vastly different topics.
John: I was using Wikipedia to find info on a band I like; next thing I knew it was four hours later and I had 30 Wikipedia windows open.
Jane: You're such a wikipedestrian.
John: This is never going to catch on.
Jane: That's because you're not selling it, 'find info on a band'? Please, that sounds so fake.

wikipedant

A person who updates Wikipedia immediately after a breaking news story regardless of how mundane and/or apocryphal it may be.

Derived from Wikipedia (a Web site that allows collaborative editing of its content and structure by its users) and Pedant (a person who is excessively concerned with minor details and rules or with displaying academic learning).
You mean to tell me you were online Saturday night at midnight updating Wikipedia's Scotty Bowman entry after rumours of his impending hiring by the Toronto Maple Leafs? Man, you're not only a wikipedant, you are a loser!

Wikipedantic

The insertion of pedantic details into a Wikipedia article in order to appear smart or jack up your edit cred.
The speeding car struck a Sycamore iAcer pseudoplatanus/i tree after spinning out of control near Gipsy Lane on Queens Ride, Barnes, southwest London.

"Acer pseudoplatanus" is Wikipedantic since it's not really necessary to the article.

wik-ee-ped-nt (n.)

1. a person who is excessively concerned with looking up minor details and rules on wikis (notably Wikipedia) or with displaying their internet-learning, esp. when it has just been learned.
2. a person who adheres rigidly to the content of wiki pages without regard to common sense.
3. a person who is v. ostentatious or condescending when engaged in the above behavior.

Wikipedventure

n. the process by which one visits Wikipedia and repeatedly clicks on links to other articles until they find themselves reading about an unrelated topic that they did not know and/or care about prior to the experience
I looked up "root beer" on Wikipedia, and now I'm reading about nuclear fission. What a wikipedventure I've had!

A person who believes everything they see on Wikipedia.

Other forms: wikipedientric (adj.), wikipedientry (n., an example of wikipedientric behavior) (wikipediantric/wikipediantry alternate spellings)

Similar to wikipedant, but a portmanteu of Wikipedia + obedient. Alternate spelling: wikipediant.
When the wikipedient wanted to know something, s/he looked it up on Wikipedia, regardless of whether the information was factual or not.
