A form of exercise, involving walking in time to music on headphones, like spinning. The word stems from the way you walk, using short fast steps (mincing).
I’m going out spincing, as part of my fitness regime.

Spinning Rust refers to a mechanical hard drive. Early hard disk drives had platters coated with iron(III) oxide, basically rust, hence the name.

The Apple equivalent of the blue screen of death (Windows). The cursor changes from an arrow into the aforementioned symbol

It's appearance signals the imminent freezing of one or more programs. Typically thwarted by force-quitting the program, or in more severe cases, shutting down the computer.
Crap, there was too much to load on that girl's MySpace; I got the spinning beach ball of death.

Spinning my wheels 

Like a car stuck in mud, to spin one's wheels is to try to make progress, but get nowhere.
I sat down to write my term paper, but after three hours realized I was just spinning my wheels.

city chicken 

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.
