To read/scan through a chapter or article (usually something uninteresting and necessary) as fast as possible to get it out of the way or used by those who are happy with the bare minimum of information from what they read.

If I Blitzkread through the last 100 or so pages of this I can be in the pub in half an hour!

Blitzkrap 

Derive from the German word "Blitzkrieg" which means lightning war, blitzkrap is the act of lightning shitting. This is to take a dump in as little time as possible, pushing as hard as you can to get it out. Can be used when short of time but you're starting to turtle head. Warning: Blitzkrap is an art. The act of quickly moving your hand on an intercept course with the genitals of a nearby member of the opposite sex. The swift act of aggression is named for it's inspiration, Hitler's "lightning war" on Poland. Here, the hands are the Panzer division, whilst the genitalia are poor, helpless Poland.
