Too much desire to get involved in lucrative piracy in Somali seas. A strong feeling of love and admiration for piracy on the high seas.

Pirate attacks in the Gulf of Aden, the Red Sea, and the waters far off Somalia’s eastern coast continue to increase not only the geographic range of their attacks, but the way they attack vessels. Somali pirates have adopted tactics that now allow them to attack more than 1,000 nautical miles off the Somali coast, with hefty ransom payments over $5 million per ship. Many pirates were lured to start such that new business by tales of easy cash.

The illegitimate child of a 20-year old jobless, carless "man" (small man with small wonders, See 'Phillip') and an emotionally desperate, moderately overweight, Chipotle employee. Philivias are usually born overdue and slightly to moderately overweight. Normal Philivia characteristics include rectangular-shaped eyebrows, love handles, and chipped or cracked teeth, with or without gaps. Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
