It's a way to still say "dawg" or "dog" to someone who is like your homie except this is inscripted in a way that is towards and female implying she is a doll & a goddess, so it's dollg, directed and expressed towards a woman. She may wonder why you are calling her dollg, and if she asks then you can let her know or show her my urban dictionary words.

The gentlemen who you would least expect greeting the pretty lady that was entering the winery said to her loudly, and confidently in a humorous way to tease her , "What's up dollg?". She looked at him with wonder and kindly replied, "Why do you call me that?", and the conversation that sparked gave him the opportunity to explain it to her and ended up being a great night together.
