Similar to a "cheeky wee," but occurs when you are unable to get to a proper restroom, in order to take a shit, while out in the woods

I needed to take a shit, but a restroom was nowhere to be found, so I ended up having to take a "cheeky poo" in the woods, down the road from my house

(as a matter of fact, my sister used this term a lot before southpark was launched.)
