Found in the Star Wars universe most notably in the Return of the Jedi. A jizz-wailer is a musician who plays a fast, contemporary, upbeat style of music.

(1) "Man that Jizz-Wailer can really shred".

(2) "I had a band of Jizz-Wailers play at my wedding".

The side-to-side pivot of the upper body with arms at side or behind, such that the breasts pivot in plain view. Typically done as a "notice me" action.

As the saleswoman endeavored to demonstrate the features of the electric bicycle she first leaned low with her drop neck top revealing her well shaped cleavage. In lieu of response from the customer, she stood back, arms behind her back and unconsciously breast waggled to get his attention.
