An individual who manipulates and arranges several children, whilst using them for their own twisted desire.

I heard rumors about that one bald guy who lives in the top floor of that apartment complex. People are saying that he may be a pimpophile, after one of the neighbors overheard a extremely incriminating conversation that he was supposedly having with another individual.

While there are many of these types of apps, such as iFunny, Pictophile is often referred to as better than them, (especially iFunny, as this is referred to as iShit 98% of the time).
