Describes a person with uncontrollable pie urges. A person who cannot simply walk past a pie shop. Someone who lets their pie craving rule them.

I can't walk past the baker's without purchasing a lovely, juicy steak pie. I think there is something wrong with me, I fear that I may be a piedophile.

Pictophile is a meme and gif sharing app on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. While there are many of these types of apps, such as iFunny, Pictophile is often referred to as better than them, (especially iFunny, as this is referred to as iShit 98% of the time). Pictophile is better as it produces better memes, has better users and admins, and the creator stays on a known level with the user, unlike 9Gag where you need to google who the owner is.
