refers to something that is unnecessary, silly, or just plain stupid, inefficient, annoying, or absurd.
It's a synonym for bull shit.

The other day my professor said that he was going to give a test on April 20th, that's horse corn.

All the gossip she has been spreading about me is total horse corn.

Corn dog horse 

More commonly known as unicorns. They're a group of introverted horses in a cult that wear rainbow colored corn dogs taped to their heads. The reason why we never see them is because their religion is against all human interaction and once they do contact humans their corn dogs are taken away and they're forced to live as normal horses. So basically a conspiracy theory about the existence of unicorns.

Corn dog horses might just be the best conspiracy theory of the century to be honest.

HORSECOUNTING 

When an individual reaches the top of a set of stairs only to incorrectly think that another step requires surmounting, the resulting leg movement that then arcs upwards and outwards could be said to resemble the manner similar to that of a horse when counting with a foreleg.

Pornography depicting and directly involving equine.

An exclamation used in situations similar to "fuck!" intended to arouse a greater amount of shock among audiences. Great for surprising nearby folks and making them feel akward.

Also can be used to describe something as being BS or meaningless

Person 1: Dude, there was gum on that bench you just sat on.

Person 1: I just aced my chemistry exam!
