The act of a man waggling his penis in an up and down fashion using his pants/shorts so he can shake off the last bit of pee that might be inside or stuck to the tip. Commonly used after urination, but can also be a strange way of getting erect.

The tale of Pergus is certainly a mystery and we are doing our best to find out more about the legend himself but for now be careful because Pergus Pedward "Pimmy" Pell could be anywhere and is always trying to find his next penalty. The word gained popularity in 2021 after a German politican was called a 'Pimmel' by a twitter user, resulting in a raid of that user's house by the police. Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
