The "illusion of inclusion", or the act of seeking input from a group of people (stakeholders, constituents, etc.) to appear inclusive, but the input is not used to inform any decision-making processes. For example, a leader calls a vote in a meeting, only to override the results of the vote to make a decision aligned with their preference. Frequently occurrence in academic settings and at the expense of people of color.

That meeting was a waste of time. Why did she even ask us to vote if she already decided what she was going to do? The ilclusion is really frustrating.

Someone who give the illusion of doing work, but in reality does nothing. This trick can be preformed by; by attending meeting, especially meetings in other office buildings; volunteering for non-work activity such as organising work social events.

cocktical illusion

The photo of a man's cock, typically taken by a cell phone, that makes it appear larger than what it really is because there is nothing else in the photo as a frame of reference to indicate it's true size. This is typically a close up zoom of the actual member.

A film industry contract provision that requires diversity in casting.

Inclusionism

Inclusionism (noun inclusionist) is a Wikipedian philosophy advocating for editing Wikipedia articles, in addition to making there factual information valid. This is contrasted with Deletionism, which wants to delete multiple articles that are not famous or have invalid information (rather than edit to make valid).

Inclusionism is what makes Wikipedia every informative. Included multiple articles enables readers to attain an in-depth knowledge on a subject.

The Inclusionist Motto is "Wiki is not paper!"
