A knucklehead or idiot. This word was invented by my 5yo son (now 9) and is in use at several elementary schools in suburban DC, in Montgomery county, Maryland.

Quit being a hoobner.
You know, throwing that drink at me was really hoobnish.

The senior citizen motorist had to pull over to the shoulder to make way for a speeding hoonberry to drive past.

Hoober Joober

Like a zombie but faster, smarter and they live in the forests or underground. The term is used to describe when you are so scared in the wilderness that you start to think that actual half beast half human zombie creatures are going to prey upon you and your companions.

Have you seen The Descent? Yea that was like the best portrayal of a hoober joober ever.
