A state of laser-focused fixation on the excessive and irresponsible consumption of mangos, specifically of the "Milton" variety (see Milton Mango). To go "Full Fruitbat" is to consume two or more six-packs in one sitting whilst listening to Shannon Noll's "Unbroken" album on repeat.

The academic version of sexual banter in the workplace, or dressing up sexual harassment as scientific discussion. Derived from a case in which a sexually frustrated male lecturer "discussed" oral sex amongst fruitbats in a suggestive manner with a female colleague.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
