favor sharking

Doing an unasked-for favor for someone, and then using it to try and guilt them into doing something for you.

Sam: "So Bob shows up at my house randomly with some brown bananas and is like 'hey, you can use these to make banana bread,' and I'm like 'uh, ok, I don't really bake but thanks,' and then he invites himself in for an hour and asks to borrow $300."

Joe: "That's some prime favor sharking right there. But my mother in law is worse. She keeps buying us weird vases and knick-knacks we don't need and then calls us ungrateful if we don't spend hours on the phone with her saying thank you and talking about where we'll put them in the house. We keep asking her to stop but she won't.

Anthony Favata

Anthony Favata is the definition of a boss. The man is tough, strong, and doesn't take garbage from anybody. If you're his friend, he will always have your back. Always remain his friend and stay on his good side. He is also a very avid sports enthusiast. He is the man and if you dont know him you would think hes a thug even though he has close to a 4.0 gpa. Rockstar games should make a video game about him. It would be more intersting than GTA.

Guy 1:Yo did your car get towed?

Guy 2: Yea bro
Guy 1: Yo call Anthony Favata, he will get your car back and have them pay you instead.

Guy 1: Yo how's the pig? Yo how's nigel?
Guy 2: I want this thing out of here!!
Anthony Favata: Yo chill out, its just a pig. Hey there pig, its uncle Favata! I got your back!

Well, both he and she "appear" to have a kind of FABARMODE - but - that would almost certainly be impossible to establish in Court, it's virtually impossible to substantiate!

Bear favor

A favor you do someone with good intentions but that in the end hurts the receiving party.

The word has originated from a fable by Jean de La Fontaine where a bear tries to helps his master in chasing a fly away from his face by throwing a boulder at his master, and killing him in the process.

Example: If you do someone's homework you do them a bear favor. You do them a favor, but in the end they haven't learned anything.

When today's parents spoil their children they do the children and society a bear favor.
