Workplace Deviance 

Workplace deviance is a deliberate or intentional desire to cause harm to an organisation. This can be the organisation which employs an individual or an organisation of which they are a member. It is, perhaps, best described as “voluntary behaviour which contravenes the established norms of the organisation and, in doing so, compromises its viability.”

Workplace deviance can vary greatly, from minor non-violent misbehaviour to extreme violence, up to and including murder, but any of which causes harm or potential harm to the organisation. Broadly speaking workplace deviance falls into two distinct categories, Interpersonal Deviance and Organisational Deviance.

Interpersonal deviance is misconduct which targets specific co-workers and includes behaviours such as gossiping about them, blaming them for things that are not their fault, falsely raising grievances against them and so on. It is believed that these unhealthy behaviours may be due to jealousy of the target co-workers abilities or a sense of entitlement. In other words the misbehaviour has one aim, to benefit the person doing it.

Organisation deviance is behaviour aimed at the organisation itself and most frequently manifests itself as frequent lateness or excessive absenteeism.

Workplace deviance can be a symptom of a toxic workplace or a toxic employee.

Deliah 

If you ever find a Deliah keep her in your life even when she tells you to leave. She tends to not know her own emotions a lot of the times so you must have patience with her. In the end it will all be worth it. Deliah’s can be quite indecisive and emotional at times but, they give the best advice. A lot of people find it very easy to trust them because of how open minded they are. They also bring friendly vibes with them which is why they make friends rather easily. Many people view them as peaceful individuals but, when their in a bad mood they can have quite the attitude and are good at ignoring people. Deliah’s tend to have a lot of secret talents that they don’t like to share. They are very intelligent individuals and are not afraid to show their spunk. Deliah’s tend to speak their minds and usually have no filter. They are quite competitive people also so sometimes it’s best not to bother them at times of competiton. It is very easy to love a Deliah you just have to accept their flaws and imperfections. Deliah’s overall are very beautiful inside and out and very caring when it comes to the people they love. Deliah’s usually can never hate someone but can hold a very strong grudge. Deliah’s are very smart girls and know how to handle themselves. They are also very generous and will love you from an instant. They also have a sweet spot for animals. They are also very sporty too. So find yourself a Deliah and don’t let them go.

anything different from the norm or "outside of the box." In sociology, deviance is not necessarily considered a bad thing, it is just simply breaking away from what is considered normal in a certain context.

Many people remain in the closet because they know that society does not accept their behavior. Homosexuality is a form of deviance. (but it is not bad, in my opinion)

Deviana was really a strong girl, she can do anything to help people out there. She is really gorgeous or maybe she's the badass queen in this world. It's really great to have a girlfriend like her bcs once she love you she'll never let you go. Deviana is the most famous girl in the world bcs of her character sometimes can be a great and powerful leader, dancer, or singer omg she can do anything she wants. Don't make her angry or else she will register your death certificate so don't mess with Deviana. Not good at hiding her tears, but she's good at smiling to hide it. What a amazing girl she was. You're really lucky if you were her friends, her attitude will make you crazy out of the galaxy, she's loyal friends and girlfriend. She always comes to every party with the most expensive and luxury looks, walk like a queen when she's looking at you her smile can kill thousands of cells in your body. She's really cute, boys would die for her if they didn't get her loving characters. Born on December quite naughty but respect others. Deviana dad could says that she was a demonic daughter, but her mother instead saying that she was the angel, so prove it? Yes she Born Indigo with special gifted eyes. She will be the greatest mom for her children!
