doorknob confession

A doorknob confession is a term used by some clinicians/therapists to define the phenomena of the person receiving therapy, or the client, to divulge something incredibly important or critical in the last few minutes of a therapy session. The content of the "confession" is important enough to cause the session to go on longer than originally planed and may include themes such as: a death in the family, suicidal/self harming thoughts or actions, a relationship crisis, drastic change in living situation, ect.
As she stood to leave the therapist's office she gave the doorknob confession that her sister was being physically abused by their step-father.

urban confessional

the act of substituting confession with urban dictionary while using an alias to clear your conscious
Ashamed from jacking off in the tomato garden and disenfranchised from learning the fresh vegetables in his salad came from said garden Lloyd took to the internet under the alias tomato wackier to clear his conscious, it was a urban confessional.

rcc student confessions

A confession forums on facebook, similar to other confession forums, using the Survey Monkey survey test to anonymously confess. Gabe Alvarez, who has shockingly bland and tasteless humor, is the administrator. Gabe Alvarez is a tool, and needs to fix his teeth because they look like someone knocked over a bag with a bunch of scrabble pieces. The Confessions page supposedly caters to the Riverside Community College students, yet only a few followers are from the college, many have either moved on, dropped out or go to the JFK highschool. (I.e. Keith T. is a construction worker who went for only a few semesters).
Stranger 1: "Hey man do you use RCC student confessions???"
Stranger 2: "No man, I am straight unlike Gabe Alvarez"

National Confession day

April 23 you have to Confess your feelings to your crush or tell them how you feel about them

Friday Confession

A no judgment group chat between friends where sins are confessed and forgiven on fridays in order to have a clear conscience before the weekend. These confessions are not limited to recent sins but all sins.
Friday Confession: I once witnessed a man fail to retrieve his iPhone that he dropped in the middle of Rochester road before the light turned green. I counted 17 cars that ran over his phone as he sat on the side of the road watching helpless. I've never felt so much joy in my life. It was hilarious.

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
