A tweeter can be in reference to a street-salesman of small 'tweeting' devices, which produce a high-frequency sound by dint of expulsion of air though the device. These street-hawkers have been known to incite unprecedented levels of rage in the general populace and, for precisely this reason, the job has fallen out of favour amongst the working classes.
