A mustache that resembles that of a pedifile. Usually worn by ominous-looking men in In n OUt.

(At police station) Well.. he was tall, kind of balding, had a pedistache, and normally seen wearing a trench coat. Also frequently seen with small children, candy, and driving a large, unmarked van or ice cream truck.
