Fogah

An exclamation used when "Fuck" and "Oh God" are verbally uttered simultaneously in a very difficult situation because the brain doesn't feel like it has enough time to say both words before catastrophe strikes.

Man 1: Hey, can you help me lift this couch it's really heavy.

Man2: Ok...... **lifts couch** Fogah! This shit is heavy.
