Stands for woman driving a van. Specifically a minivan that is probably packed full of her snotty-nosed kids. Most of the time the kids are distracting the mother causing her to drive wrecklessly.

Wiver is the shaky, weak, tense feeling you get in your arms/body if you’ve been doing a lot of exercise or carrying something heavy. It can be used as an abstract noun or a verb.
“My arm is wivering after carrying that heavy box.”
“If I have to write one more essay, my head is going to wiver.”
“I feel all wivery.”
