A person who intentionally or unintentionally causes issues which annoy you.
(can also mean)
A person who will never amount to anything in life.
(or)
An older but very immature woman who will do anything to get attention sexually.

Melanie spent most of her life sitting around the house all day thinking of ways to hurt people and trying her best to look hot in the hopes of getting attention of all the males around her.
Little did she know as she focused all of her energy on meaningless things she became a skooter.

Skonker

The term "Skonker" is not widely used. A small group of friends who currently reside in Oakville, Ontario, use the term Skonker in replacement of "Skank" or "Slut". Sometimes a shorter version of Skonker is used, which is "Skonk".

Furthermore, Skonker is a term used to describe a certain type of girl. Skonker describes sexual promiscuity and can also be used to represent a girl of a lower socio-economic class or one who doesn't present herself in a well manner.

-Look at what those Skonkers are wearing.

-Don't talk to those girls, they're skonkers.

-Lets go pick up some Skonks tonight.

-That Skonk works the Tim Hortons drive-through.

-I nailed a skonker lastnight while her skonk friends were watching.

-Lets hit Kitchener and Cambridge this weekend, I got a couple skonkers lined up.

noun. The act of taking measures to heal a very troubled skin condition such as bad acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, etc. Trying anything you can to achieve healthy, smooth, irritation-free skin.

She was so embarrassed and fed up with her acne covered face. She'd tried everything she could find at the drug store and all the products advertised in TV infomercials but nothing worked. Finally, she decided it was time to see a specialist for a skintervention.
