Culture generally refers to meaningful acts that are the result of both social learning and individual creativity. While individuals may share the same culture, each has characteristics that make them unique. Peture combines both attributes.

salt petre - aka Potassium nitrate or Sodium nitrate,

Potassium nitrate is a chemical compound with a sharp, salty, bitter taste & the chemical formula KNO
3. It is an ionic salt of potassium ions K+ & nitrate ions NO3−, & is therefore an alkali metal nitrate. It occurs in nature as a mineral, niter (or nitre in the UK). It is a source of nitrogen, & nitrogen was named after niter. Potassium nitrate is 1 of several nitrogen-containing compounds collectively referred to as saltpeter (or saltpetre in the UK).

In Prisons they mix it in with Koolaid known as county koolaid to curb the Male Libido / sexdrive , to cut down

In layman's terms salt petre does the opposite of

Viagra, extense, enzyte,purple rhino, blue gas station pills,
cialis & other male enhancements.

Salt petre

Major uses of potassium nitrate are in fertilizers, tree stump removal, rocket propellants and fireworks. It is one of the major constituents of gunpowder (black powder).6 In processed meats, potassium nitrate reacts with hemoglobin and myoglobin generating a red color.

Saltpeter & other nitrates have a long history of medical use, but it is toxic in high doses & can produce symptoms ranging from a mild headache & upset stomach to kidney damage & dangerously altered blood pressure.

Petren 

A domestic pet of any type whose owner considers it to be equivalent to a human child in all aspects of its welfare and existence, and treats it accordingly.

Petren can often be identified by their mode of transportation, including the use of a pram propelled by their owner (usually accompanied by a blanket intended for a child); car passenger seats (in a certified baby carrier, correctly fixed to the highest safety standards).

Petren owners frequently send cards, usually at Christmas, birthdays and other annual celebrations which are signed from both the owner/s and their respective petren.

Petren owners have attracted widespread public criticism from various sectors of society who argue that pets should not be treated in the same manner as human beings.
