Northbridge Mass
A small town in the Blackstone valley of Massachusetts. No matter where you are in Northbridge it takes five minutes or less to get to the next town.
If you live in Northbridge there's a very good chance that your parents did not go to college but manage to afford the cute little house you live in just fine.
The only low income area is 'The Village.' This is a couple of streets filled with duplexes that often house eight different families at once. They get crowded quickly because everyone living there with working ovaries is pregnant. All the time.
A population Census of Northbridge would show that the town is made up of 25.9% white people and 74% Trees.
Recreational activities in Northbridge include: going to millbury, smoke rides, local shows for the straight edge kids (of which there are many) and ummm that's about it.
There's also a super Walmart in Northbridge,a shit-ton of abandoned mills, and waaayy too many swans

Located in the town of Nappanee, which is the home of Amish. The school has a goat raping vice principle and it is where his daughter and her friends can get away with everything.

Northwood High School
Located in Irvine CA. A high school with a majority of Asian population. Asians sprint to class the moment the bell rings and become angry with themselves when they have a 97% in the honers pre calculus, rather a 100.1% or higher. However, you can get a view of wanna be "thugs". Asian or white, who don't fit in their clothes and their ass hangs out of their pants and their hat fits large on their heads. in addition, Irvine being Irvine, girls who may be called bitches roam freely with a strut in their walks only to be seen as a "whore" or someone who cheats on their long time "boyfriend" with another guy. Drugs are minimal here as are the parties hosted. Rich white boys carry vaporizers around and smoke a little weed here and there. Drinking comes in where the bitches act like their drunk but they are looking for an excuse to get hold of some white dick. people from this school who lived in this "bubble" for some time become very scared when a minor crime is committed in Irvine and believe their rich society is now "ghetto".

Northford
A quiet, very sheltered little town in CT. Actually, not even a town...a village in the town of North Branford, CT. Northford is the slightly classier, more ritzy part of North Branford. Mostly kids have been going to school together since kindergarten, hang out in the dumb center of town where Dunkin Donuts, Subway, My Beach Tanning Salon, and Mobile Gas Station are located, and basically have no lives outside of that.
Pretty catty, very dramatic, very "towny"esque. Part of New Haven County, and located between North Haven, Wallingford, and Durham. SO BORING. Believe me, I live here.

A northern suburb of Chicago that was home to film director John Hughes who directed Sixteen Candles Ferris Bueller's Day Off and The Breakfast Club. Also made famous for being home to Glenbrook North High School where some high school chicks decided to beat the shit out of eachother and call it a powder puff football game.

Striver
The striver is an interesting phenomenon that is seen across college campuses. In essence, the striver is an over-achiever who comes from a working or middle class family. He may be an immigrant. He may have been a slacker in HS who was "born again" into an academic wunderkind. Or he may just be an over-achiever who is keeping at it.
The striver is willing to sacrifice his social life at the expense of Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude. The striver is the guy who stays at the library long after you are gone. The striver is the guy who takes 30 credits/semester and considers anything below an A/4.0 failure. The striver doesn't work on campus, he is too busy finding ways to pad his resume instead of working retail or workstudy. The striver lets his grades pay his education by applying to ten scholarships a year.
The striver is a future Soros/Fullbright/Rhodes/Gates/Marshall/etc. fellow. The striver lives to study. For the striver, their fun comes from the rewards they expect to receive in return for their diligence. Be it Law School, B-School, academia, or politics. The striver seeks to find the American Dream through academic success.
