Denotes a "big city" locale where everyone engages in da classic "hockey on horseback" sport right out in da streets.

Perhaps there'd be less frenetic "galloping about" in a metropolotan area if a large plot of land was set aside for a community park where da equestrian riders could go to play their favorite game, resulting in quieter streets and clearer throughways and thus allowing for more serene and uneventful commuting around da business and residential sectors of said urban area.
