Used to refer to anybody with the name of "Steve" or "Steven," originating from a meme derived from a quote regarding Steve Jobs on primates that was incorrectly transcribed. The original transcription has been wiped from the face of the Internet, but the legacy remains within those who were eyewitnesses to such a legendary meme.
