Lahey juul 

Another word for a breathalyzer, which is a device used to monitor one's blood alcohol content (BAC). Dubbed 'the Lahey juul' because in the television series "Trailer Park Boys," Jim Lahey (park supervisor) frequently uses a breathalyzer in a similar fashion to a nicotine addict.

Yo I got pulled over by this cop who was super chill. He even let me hit his Lahey juul.

Juul 

A highly concentrated nicotine vaporizer which underage kids use to get a buzz. It is commonly mistaken for a USB stick which makes it easy to take use in class. A rip from this device is usually referred to as a 'wop' and the stick itself is also known as a wop machine. High school age kids often ask to use the bathroom, but instead they are getting nic rpped in the bathroom off of wops.

Student: Hey teacher can I drop a log in the bathroom right quick?
Teacher: Yeah get your shitty smellin ass outta my classroom.
Student gets into bathroom and immediately starts takin mad wops from his USB lookin ass Juul.

The one bathroom in school where every kid goes during there Tenth Period to rip fat clouds in the bathroom so "they can focous" because if they aren't on the nic there gonna be shaking like a bitch. Until custodian tom Pulls up and ruins the party. The Juul room is for Juulers only and if you go to the Bathroom to actually pee or shit you will be harassed by prepubescent sophomore Juulers. The entire school knows that the back stall is for Juuling and if you aren't in there to Juul, your gonna get your ass jumped and your T34 Calculator stolen.

Juulio: Yo, David pull up to the JUULROOM tenth period for a rip of my new mod.
David: DOOD you got a new Cloud buster, bet Ill be there in the back stall.

Juuzou Suzuya

He is a character from the Japanese anime "Tokyo Ghoul" and is more of a background character than anything. He has white hair, pale skin, and is covered in stitches. Despite his creepy appearance, he is actually rather sweet and loves animals.

He is not a ghoul, but rather part of the CCG. He is introduced to the series by pickpocketing Ken Kaneki. His minor role becomes more major during the end of season 1, where he takes credit for (SPOILERS) killing Yamori (SPOILERS). Because of this, he gets his very own quinque.

He was victim of severe child abuse, but somehow seemed to retain his lovely nature. He looks up to Shinohara as a father figure, seeming as he never had one.

His iconic hair pins represent the roman numeral 13, signifying great loss or sadness. Before he joined the CCG, he didn't have hair pins. After, he did. Coincidence? I think not.
