FIPOP (FY-pop)(n): Trench humor workplace initialism for "Food In Place Of Pay" used when low-level employees are provided free food while being expected to put in unpaid extra work hours. Pizza is the most common FIPOP treat, followed by bagels, donuts, and deli sandwiches.
