FIPOP (FY-pop)(n): Trench humor workplace initialism for "Food In Place Of Pay" used when low-level employees are provided free food while being expected to put in unpaid extra work hours. Pizza is the most common FIPOP treat, followed by bagels, donuts, and deli sandwiches. (Also FILOP FY-lop for "Food In Lieu Of Pay" among workers well-schooled enough to know that "in lieu of" means "instead of")

Upon hearing that hourly employees will be expected to stay late, unpaid, until both trucks are unloaded but Manager Eric bought some pizza, Worker Drone Lisa thought, (sarcastic) "oh great, FIPOP pizza --I'd rather have the pay."

a mathematical word created by Mr. Kleine that describes when you start with an inequality as written, then flip the inequality symbol and change the sign of the number opposite to the variable to either positive or negative.

Filophile

A Filophile is a person who is fond of Philippine culture, Philippine languages, the Filipino people, and/or the Philippines in general.

Another term for this is Filipinophile, but it's too long and unwieldy.
Tagalophile is also an acceptable term, but might trigger Sugbuanon fanatics.

"I love the Philippines so much that it needs a term of its own. I now declare myself a Filophile."

fipples

Fake nipples. A term used by breast cancer survivors to describe the fake nipples created during breast reconstruction following mastectomy. Fipples can be constructed by cutting and stitching the skin in place, taking a skin graft from another part of the body, medical tattooing, or any combination of the above. (See also: foobs.)

Now that my foobs are done I can't wait to get my new fipples! It's not as good as the real thing but it sure beats being boobless.
