(v.) To clean oneself or ones surroundings. Often used when the job is particularly dirty.

Hey man, I gotta go desgustify my place before Allison comes over or she'll realize what a pathetic waste of life I really am.

I mean yeah, I'd go out with her again if she'd only desgustify that mouth of hers...her breath smells like tuna noodle casserole.
