Dayud (derived from the English word "dad") dayud refers to the biggest man in the house who, without fail, has to nurt and will occasionally call on the aid of son. Especially on Christmas. The saying goes "mah dayud was sayud, so I playud in heeyus beyud with heeyus heayud until he filled me full"
When it's time for slumber, preferably in the dead of night, son will shout "NIGHTNIGHTDAYUD" at the top of his lungs without cracking his voice. It is rumored that the son is slightly severely mentally handicapped but not medically proven.
Dayud is obsessed with holidays, but mostly Christmas. "What's your favorite Christmas?" Dayud is also a humongous virgin, so when questioned about how he has a son, he imeadiately vomits uncontrollably, gives you a big ol' kiss, and disappears into thin air ☻

Maladaptive Daydreaming is often associated with other, official terms, such as depression, ADHD, PTSD, schizophrenia and more.
There is no prescription to take in order to solve maladaptive daydreaming. The best solution is to seek professional therapy. Therapy isn’t as scary as it sounds; they ask what the problem is, and then work with you to develop a solution. They will never judge you, and have several degrees on how to deal with these kinds of situations. If therapy is not an option, alternative solutions would be to create a vent for your ideas and desires to flow into (keeping a journal, sharing ideas with friends, achieving real life goals, etc.).
