Usually referring to a trans person who does not "pass" well is said to look "clocky." An outfit can also be clocky, or a shade of make-up. Anything that makes the trans person more obvious.

"Girl, I looked so clocky in that mini-dress last night. I will never wear that again."

The term "clicky clown" is a name given to a person of high status in a gang or group.
Also can be used when describing the noise made by small mammals when walking on a hard surface. See ich pende.
