clicky clown

The term "clicky clown" is a name given to a person of high status in a gang or group.
Also can be used when describing the noise made by small mammals when walking on a hard surface. See ich pende.

"Dude, you are the clicky clown in this here town!"
"Come here, Curtis the clicky clown!"
