Used by Border Patrol Agents to describe the act of apprehending a group ahead of the lead tracker without the tracker's knowledge.
"Agent Smith, I was tracking that group for 3 hours and you tonkblocked me!"

Term coined circa 2003 near Casa Grande, AZ.
