When a toddler continuously blocks another from playing with any toys. Also called a "DoF" (denial of fun) attack.

Used by Border Patrol Agents to describe the act of apprehending a group ahead of the lead tracker without the tracker's knowledge.

"Agent Smith, I was tracking that group for 3 hours and you tonkblocked me!"

Toddboski

A man who suffers from a severe case of "Peter Pan syndrome". His child-like behavior mimics that of a mentally challenged 5 year old. When things don't go his way, he exhibits "retard strength" and hits women. When alchohol is consumed, he will wet the bed or piss all over the place.

He was a real Toddboski when he pulled his dick out and pretended it was a microphone to a crowd at a funeral.
