Strawzi

(n.) Slapping a “Nazi” label on someone to caricature their views as pure evil, not because they’re a Nazi, but to dodge their actual argument. A sneaky strawman move in social or political debates.
(adj.) Strawzi: acting like you’re fighting Hitler when you’re just mad they disagree.
Strawzi blends “strawman” and “Nazi” to call out the cheap trick of branding your debate rival a fascist to make them an easy target. It’s the go-to in online culture wars when someone wants to dunk on a different opinion without engaging it. Common on X or TikTok, it’s what you yell when you’re too lazy to argue for real.Examples: “She went full strawzi, calling him a Nazi over his take on immigration reform.”

“The debate turned strawzi when they started painting every critic as a fascist.”

“Don’t get strawzi on me just because I questioned your hashtag activism.”
