A small or short mouse-like animal.

Someone who is very quiet and withdrawn and seems to blend into the woodwork.

Can be used as an endearing phrase or a put-down, depending on the inflection.

1) I love my little shmousie sized cat; she fits on my lap just perfectly.

2) That shmouse over by the bar better not ask me to dance, 'cause I'll just laugh in his face.

It stands for "Supreme Hombre Of The United States." What else could it POSSIBLY mean? Also, "FHOTUS" is hard to pronounce.

"So now SHOTUS wants to pull the United States out of the Paris climate agreement. What a Supreme Hombre!"

an disturbing person who has no situational awareness, and completely lacks the ability to walk as a normal person.
furthermore the person only targets the ugly women because they can't get with any good looking women
