it can be used it two different ways.

way 1:to give credit to someone for doing something. instead of saying words like props,or points you say snapples.

way 2:to express your state of shock or the impression something made on you
way 1: what you did for that poor guy was so nice, snapples.

way 2: *someone does a trick* oh snapples, that was bangin' yo'.

Snapples my apples 

This expression is used in two cases.

1- If you try to help an old lady at a grocery store.

2- If someone asks you who is your favorite artist and you say Glee
1- You: Hello Ma'm. Let me help you with those groceries.

Nice Old Woman: Oh thank you son. Snapples my apples.

You: Shut up bitch. (Punch in the face)

2- Dude1: Hey, dude, who are you listening to?

Dude2: Glee is singing, duh

Dude1: Snapples my apples!!

snapplesauce 

Combo word made from "Oh snap", "Applesauce" and possibly the delicious drink "Snapple" to be used to express shock, disappointment, or excitement, coined accidentally as a subconscious challenger to the much lamer "Oh snap... crackle and pop!"
"Dude, our house got robbed last night..."

"I wanted to buy some TV shows on DVD, but the best ones never go down in price"

A phrase that can be used for pretty much any situation, but it is usually used to express frustration, surprise, or butthurt. Occasionally, it can also be a memorable catch phrase.
