The best fan base the world has seen. The #PALC movement was started by ImJustPaddy on YouNow and YouTube. Paddy is a British entertainer who is overall goofy and is a talented musician. PALC stands for Paddy's Army Lover Coffee because of Paddy's unhealthy coffee habits.

PALCS Kid

Students (and sometimes alumni) of Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School (PALCS.) PALCS Kids typically have a fondness of cats, pop-tarts and energy drinks and involvement in school field trips and activities such as student government. A PALCS Kid has a twisted sense of humor and often takes interest in things that are generally considered to be out of the norm. They are an artsy, politically minded bunch who would most likely be deemed as "one of those weird kids" in a brick and mortar school setting, but all in all, a PALCS Kid has heart. It takes something special to be a true PALCS Kid.

When someone keeps adding friends on facebook and can't help it. They can have upwards of 2000 friends, obviously not knowing a vast majority of them. Its like they are addicted to adding people!

Guy 1: Did you see how many friends your girlfriend has on facebook?

Guy 2: Yea dude, she has like 5,000. I see she adds people every day. It shows up on my news feed all the time, its so annoying. She's a total palcoholic.
