Neoné is infamous for being mysterious and cold but once you get to know him, he's actually quite fun to hang out with, he's got the looks, the brain,the body, the character, almost the ideal guys.
Neoné can be very attractive to alot of women but never in his life will he be fall twice, he love only one and he'll love her forever.
