When someone says something to you that is an assumption in a unpleasant and somewhat rude sense whilst trying to come off as innocent.

*You*: says something off topic
*Person*: I'm guessing you didn't take your medicine.

Ex:
Wow, you just really just f###ing Narkt' me. You're a piece of shit.

Can only be used in past tense.
