gore-geous

The act of finding something that is obscenely gory, not disgusting, but in fact exceptionally beautiful.

Pronounced exactly like "gorgeous" but spelled with an extra "e" to embellish the "gore" aspect.

Used by people who love gore and gory things to describe their appreciation for things most people find repulsive.

Did you see that scene in Rob Zombie's movie "House of 1000 Corpses where the chick gets splattered by the semi truck and it smears her guts and intestines all over the road?! It was fucking gore-geous!

Grouse Mountain

A mountain in North Vancouer, BC that reaches 1,250 metres at it's peak. It has 25 skiing/boarding runs that are usually open in winter. The top is accesible by a hiking up the Grouse Grind trail and/or riding the "Super Skyride" which takes you up to the top. Grouse also has the North Shore's biggest snowmaking fleet. Approximately 1.1 million people vist Grouse annually as it is one of Vancouver's biggest tourist destinations in the summer and winter. The view has been rated the best in Canada various times. Grouse also has an amazing restaraunt and a theatre at the top. There is also a skating pond in the winter.

Grouse Mountain is an all around good mountain, even if the skiing isn't always great.

grousin'

When a group of friends find a dead bird (famously a grouse) the day after the night before whilst still relatively intoxicated and decide t'would be a good idea to use it to cause mischief and/or shennanigans. This could involve a good slap or as it should be known a grousin' to an unsuspecting pedestrians face! Alternatively you could dump it in a public urinal or in your flatmates frying pan. It helps if you drive a soft top car with the roof down playing the greatest hits of Justin Bieber and Baby Alice.

Billy Joel: "Shit dude, me and the guys got totally wasted last night and this morning we went for a bit of grousin' like you do."
Steve: "Grousin', what's that?"
Billy Joel: "You know, when you find a dead bird by the side of the road and use it to cause all sorts of crazy mischief!"
Steve: "Dude wtf is wrong with you? I hope you get caught"
Billy Joel: "I really don't know man, I hope we do too otherwise we'll never learn!"
