A GWEEDI is a collective noun of one or more Gweedy's.
There are many sub-species of the Gweedi such as;
Gweedess - a Female Gweedi
Gwaggot - a gender-confused Gweedi

A Gwotty is the location of where a Gweedi does his business, normally a small bowl similar to a potty that was found by an active Gweedi.

The collective noun of Gweedi is called a herd of Gweedi (or simply a GWERD).

The study of a Gweedi is called Gweediology.

Be warned though, studying Gweediology can be a dangerous past-time as most Gweedi's are hostile to others.

A Gweedi's head has the ability to grow and shrink at will so any person should stay away from the vicinity of it's head.

There are lots of Gweedi's found around the Townsville region of North Ward.

Gweedi's are also known to make fun of other people with large body parts. eg calves, thighs etc. However, this is ironic as Gweedi's themselves have rather large heads.

Most Gweedi tend to have stupidly skinny legs. This, coupled with the oversized craniums, makes the gweedi look like an upside-down pyramid. I.e. the higher you go, the fatter you get.
A Gweedi also looks like a fat-headed chicken. I.e. chicken legs.

Greediocracy

(Sometimes written greediocracy)

It is akin to aristocracy, but rather than nobility, it's money that rules. Giant coroprations with the means to essentially buy elections and in the end "get what they want"; which is usually more money, less oversight, etc. At it's base the entire system is driven by greed, hence 'Greedy-ocracy'.

The first well known use of the word was in the lyrics to the 1999 song "The Decline" written by Fat Mike of the band NOFX.

It also appeared around 2007 in graffiti caught on photograph around Quebec city (Canada)

It also appears in the lyrics of the song "The Broken Branches" by Star Fucking Hipsters on their 2011 album "From the Dumpster to the Grave"
Blame it on
Human nature, mans destiny
Blame it on the greediocracy

The striver is an interesting phenomenon that is seen across college campuses. In essence, the striver is an over-achiever who comes from a working or middle class family. He may be an immigrant. He may have been a slacker in HS who was "born again" into an academic wunderkind. Or he may just be an over-achiever who is keeping at it.

The striver is willing to sacrifice his social life at the expense of Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude. The striver is the guy who stays at the library long after you are gone. The striver is the guy who takes 30 credits/semester and considers anything below an A/4.0 failure. The striver doesn't work on campus, he is too busy finding ways to pad his resume instead of working retail or workstudy. The striver lets his grades pay his education by applying to ten scholarships a year.

The striver is a future Soros/Fullbright/Rhodes/Gates/Marshall/etc. fellow. The striver lives to study. For the striver, their fun comes from the rewards they expect to receive in return for their diligence. Be it Law School, B-School, academia, or politics. The striver seeks to find the American Dream through academic success.
Anthony was a striver. He transfered from a TTT to an IVY and graduated in 2 years. He studied his ass off and went to Penn Law. He got a Biglaw offer. But lost it all because of an unmoderated mesasgeboard.

Successful strivers:
- Barack Obama
- Harold Koh
