A relatively recent specialty within the field of veterinary medicine, devoted exclusively to treating the eyes of non-human animals.
His dog, at the age of ten, had become completely blind. Whereas her blindness would once have been permanent, it could now be reversed. Dr. Jane Cho, a surgeon practicing in Westchester County, New York, had performed a miracle, in his view, had given back the world to his dog by restoring her vision. With each additional year of newly-sighted life, he felt enhanced gratitude toward the doctor and her staff, thankful for the gift of veterinary ophthalmology.

"holy crap did you see that veterinarian? i jizzed instantly"

Awesome people who spend 8 years in college learning how to help loving animals in any and every way they can! These people are true animal lovers! There are small animal veterinarians and large animal veterinarians and they're all awesome! These people aren't in it for the money, they're in it for the animals!
Julia loved animals so much, she went to 8 years of college to be a veterinarian! She absolutely loves her job and she loves all the animals she helps everyday!
The doctor for animals. Commonly known as a vet because the word veteranarian is just too damnlong to say, and takes 30 years to learn how to spell. Vets can major is different groups of animals: Large, small, and exotic animal vets are the most widely known. However vets can also specialize in one type of animal i.e. an avian vet. To become a vet you have to be near brilliant and passionate about animals; and you have to be comfortable with animals biting, scratching, and trying to kill you.
Damn, my cat is sick again! I guess I'll have to go to a veteranarian so they can charge me $900 for who knows what.
A qualified proffesional, who is trained to look after your pets at the veterinary clinic. Veterinary nurses study hard for their qualification and need to know about more than 1 species! They get paid FAR less than a 'human' nurse, despite carrying out a simililar job-role.
Veterinary Nurses have to be registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons to legally practice in the UK.
Duties usually include:
* In-patient care/Ward rounds
* Anaesthesia
* Radiography
* Laboratory work * Drug dispensing
* Phlebotomy
* Surgical assistance
* And much, much more!
A good way to piss a VN off is to ask them: "So when are you going to become a Vet?" GRRRRR :(
Veterinary Nurse (UK):
RVN - Registered Veterinary Nurse
VN - Listed Veterinary Nurse
SVN - Student Veterinary Nurse
VN = Very Naughty, Very Nice, VERY NECCESSARY, Veterinary Nurse!
The Bar came before the movie. It is an awesome bar where the girls know how to party and make you feel okay about giving up your money, drawers, bras, and dignity.
2. Movie
A story about a Jersey girl following her dreams, aided by working at this bar in New York.
3. Situation/Person/Decision
See other definitions - waking up next to someone so ugly you'd rather chew your arm off than wake them up.
1. Yo, Coyote Ugly is my favorite bar! I got whipped, stripped, drunk, and danced on the bar all before 7 o'clock!
2. Hey did you see Coyote Ugly? It actually has a plot!
A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.
Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
